Who you are

  • Previous experience working as a progressive HRBP for a sales function, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience executing (and ideally designing) change management, performance management and leadership coaching
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills across different cultures and geographies
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to the global sales function
  • The ability to build relationships at all levels of the company
  • You will be a data-driven, decision maker and pragmatic problem solver who can find root causes of issues and gain leadership support to address them
  • Experience collaborating in a matrixed environment and driving consensus and momentum amongst a large set of stakeholders
  • You value diversity and believe strongly in creating an inclusive environment
  • CIPD certification or equivalent is a plus

What the job involves

  • Build strong relationships with sales leaders and employees to understand their needs and provide guidance and support in all areas of HR
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and our Sales Enablement team to develop and implement sales-specific HR programs and initiatives that support our company's values and sales objectives
  • Partner with our sales recruitment team to identify and attract top sales talent to our organisation
  • Work closely with sales managers to identify and address performance gaps and development opportunities within the sales team
  • Coach sales managers on all aspects of people management, including performance management, employee relations, and compensation
  • Collaborate with our learning and development team to design and deliver sales-specific training programs that enhance sales skills and drive performance
  • Conduct regular sales team engagement surveys and use the data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage the annual performance review process for the sales team and ensure that it is fair, objective, and aligned with our company's values and sales objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations for the sales team
