Who you are

  • Proven track record in sales, account management, or a related field, with demonstrable success in achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to understand customer needs and effectively convey how Qogita's products and services can address those needs

  • Prior experience in B2B sales, account management, or a similar role is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Willingness to collaborate within a team-driven environment while also being capable of working independently
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • English & German language (native or near native proficiency). Dutch is a plus

What the job involves

  • As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base
  • Your primary responsibility will be to convert signups into paying customers by providing exceptional service and support throughout the onboarding process
  • You will also manage and convert deals and carts assigned to your individual pipeline, while actively cross-selling and upselling Qogita's service offerings to maximize revenue
  • Additionally, you will identify opportunities to convert existing customers into strategic accounts by showcasing the value of our products and services
  • Convert signups into paying customers by delivering exceptional service and guidance during the onboarding journey
  • Effectively manage and convert deals and carts in your assigned pipeline
  • Employ cross-selling and upselling techniques to expand sales of Qogita's service offerings and generate additional revenue
  • Demonstrate the value of our products and services to existing customers, aiming to elevate them to strategic account status
  • Foster and nurture relationships with strategic customers, aiding them in their orders and requirements to increase their quarterly spending with Qogita
  • Drive substantial revenue growth from the accounts within your portfolio
  • Collaborate with your manager and team to strategize and formulate plans for continued revenue growth, improved margins, heightened customer satisfaction, and increased recurring business within your accounts
