  • Previous experience in managing teams in (fulfillment) operations is a must - 5S should ring a bell for you. Managing fulfillment operations via 3PLs is a strong plus
  • You are a passionate leader who enjoys coaching and developing your team, but also diving in day to day operations
  • You have a proven track record in leading diverse (remote) teams
  • You base your decisions on data, SQL is a plus, Excel is a must for cost analysis
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on mentality - if there are no SOPs you build them
  • Curiosity to deep-dive 3PL supplier relations, e-commerce operations, and a knack for software applications
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills - negotiation skills are a plus

What the job involves

  • As Team Lead Partner Operations (Fulfillment) you will be based in Hive’s HQ in Berlin
  • Empathetically manage and develop a team of 3+ Operations Managers across 5 int. markets (Italy, Spain, Poland, Netherlands & UK)
  • You will be responsible for the efficient performance of the fulfillment KPIs & cost centers of your sites to manage our 3PL’s performance
  • Present your KPIs to Hive’s leadership and derive actionable strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Delight Hive’s customers by creating solutions for operational challenges
  • Be the sparring partner of Hive’s operations, commercial and tech teams: Process Engineering, Tech, Customer Support, Customer Operations & Account Management/ Business Development
  • You and your team spearhead operational excellence to improve Hive’s fulfillment processes and software (ERP and WMS) across locations
  • You’ll be in charge of building and strengthening Hive’s partner-operations team!
  • You ensure our customer’s happiness by closely managing KPIs, cost, and SLAs are met with business partners & suppliers
  • This position has significant degrees of freedom to shape the vision of Hive’s 3PL partner program
  • The role of Team Lead Operations (Fulfillment) at Hive offers you to leverage your leadership skills in a diverse team & across 5 country markets
  • You will be able to create and leverage business relationships with our 3PL partners
  • You’ll become an expert at analyzing profit and loss statements and dive into operational KPIs
  • You will also have the possibility to join our expansion team in launching new fulfillment centers
