Who you are

  • A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
  • 5+ years of experience of working in complex end-to-end Software delivery lifecycle projects
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects in fast-paced work environments with a high degree of problem solving

  • As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our most mission-critical projects within the Technology team, including delivering key product features that are directly linked to revenue generation

  • Successfully deliver large-scale software projects (across multiple geographies, for distributed teams of 25+) using Agile methodologies

  • Analyze and assess the needs of varied stakeholders to be able to provide a consistently high level of Stakeholder management outputs
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of Product Managers and Engineering Managers to draw up project plans and execute effectively
  • Proactively assess and evaluate existing processes and evolve them for the needs of the business whilst standardizing with best practices

The company uses AI and machine learning to aggregate and analyse large volumes of unstructured communications. The data produced can be used to create actionable insights on employees' performance and also help risk and compliance teams to identify bad actors.
