Who you are
- A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
- 5+ years of experience of working in complex end-to-end Software delivery lifecycle projects
- Skilled at managing multiple projects in fast-paced work environments with a high degree of problem solving
- Knowledge (qualifications preferred) of Agile methodologies scrum practices, and project management tools
- Assertiveness and proactive collaboration through both oral and written communication

- As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our most mission-critical projects within the Technology team, including delivering key product features that are directly linked to revenue generation

- Successfully deliver large-scale software projects (across multiple geographies, for distributed teams of 25+) using Agile methodologies

- Analyze and assess the needs of varied stakeholders to be able to provide a consistently high level of Stakeholder management outputs
- Collaborate effectively with a team of Product Managers and Engineering Managers to draw up project plans and execute effectively
- Proactively assess and evaluate existing processes and evolve them for the needs of the business whilst standardizing with best practices
