Role

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in product management and 2+ years of experience with an early-stage startup
  • Experience with products that automate or streamline complex workflows
  • Experience with a digital health startup is a big plus!
  • Ownership mindset – own driving results for the mission, business, and patient experience
  • Strong collaboration skills with thought partners from engineering, design, data science, operations, and population health
  • Experience conducting qualitative research (customer interviews) and quantitative analysis to make product decisions amid uncertainty
  • Structured thinking and ability to define and solve complex problems
  • Strong desire to work in an early stage startup environment that is fast paced, complex, and has minimal barriers to make decisions (no “red tape”)
  • Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder

What the job involves

  • As a Product Manager at Pair Team, you will play a critical role in building a technology-enabled service that improves healthcare access and outcomes for underserved communities
  • You will partner with the Principal Product Manager and Head of Product to define the product roadmap and independently drive execution with engineering, design, and data science
  • You will work on mission-critical products that shape the direction of the company
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement clinical and operational workflows in our products
  • Own the delivery of new products and feature improvements from start to finish
  • Conduct and use customer research and data insights to improve the product
  • Collaborate with thought partners in engineering, design, data science, and operations to discover and execute on new product opportunities
  • Where appropriate, conduct build/buy/partner analyses and manage 3rd party vendor implementations
