Who you are

  • Currently enrolled in a marketing, business administration, or a similar degree program. Pursuing a career in marketing, particularly in marketing automation and CRM, is a plus
  • Prior experience working within a marketing or CRM department, with a desire to gain hands-on experience in a CRM-focused role
  • Familiarity with, or an eagerness to learn about, marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making, while also appreciating the art of crafting the right message for each customer moment
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Capable of working independently on assigned projects, with a strong desire to learn
  • Able to remain calm and focused in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
  • Passionate about mobility services, including scooters, bikes, cars, and vans
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written

What the job involves

  • As a working student within Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) you will play a key role in supporting our CLM team by helping drive customer activation through targeted email campaigns and other communication channels
  • You will assist in setting up marketing communications within our CRM tool to reach customers at critical moments in their lifecycle
  • With a passion for email marketing and customer engagement, you will contribute to refining our best-in-class communication strategies
  • Additionally, you will analyze the performance of CLM campaigns and develop actionable insights to maintain and grow our customer base
  • Your role will also involve supporting the rollout of various marketing promotions through data-driven strategies
  • Assist in the setup and execution of email and other marketing communications through our CRM tool, ensuring they reach customers at the right moments in their lifecycle
  • Bring enthusiasm and fresh ideas to enhance our email marketing and customer communication efforts
  • Create reports and analyze the performance of CLM campaigns to assess their effectiveness in customer activation and retention
  • Contribute to the development of communication strategies informed by data insights
  • Support the implementation of marketing promotions aimed at enhancing customer engagement

Our take

Free2Move provides an all-in-one car logistics service, offering services for booking parking spaces, car rental, car sharing, taxis, and electric car recharge locations. The company's services are provided across 170 countries with pricing tiers for both personal and business use and include all necessary regulations such as insurance, maintenance, and customer support.

Whilst it’s undeniable that individual online mobility services exist for each of the services that Free2Move provides, the company has made a smart move by aggregating them all into a universal easy-to-use car logistics service. Whilst the company currently provides access to both gas-powered and electric vehicles, it plans to focus on reducing its carbon footprint by focusing more on electric cars in the future.

Other plans moving forward include an expansion into America, with the introduction of ride-sharing services across five major US cities through a fleet of 3000 cars. Whilst car-sharing hasn't been a major trend in the US, CEO Brigitte Courtehoux, appointed at the end of 2022, is capitalizing on another gap in the US market by leasing its technology to US car dealers for use in their own respective rental and car-sharing services.
