Who you are

  • The successful candidate will be structured, organised and resilient, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be proactive in rolling up their sleeves to get things done
  • At least a 2:1 at Bachelor’s level education
  • Not afraid to roll up sleeves and help out wherever needed - from admin work to picking up the phone
  • Self-driven to learn, to set targets, and able to work under limited supervision
  • Good structure and organisation, with strong attention to detail
  • Able to hit the ground running and execute on prospecting methodologies and process
  • Curious personality and enjoys digging deep to understand and solve a problem
  • Excellent communicator - both written and verbal in English
  • Great listening and relationship building skills

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a self driven and naturally curious individual who is passionate about problem solving to help drive Enterprise sales at Gravity Sketch
  • You will work closely with our CEO and Account Executive to outreach, research and qualify, and deeply engage with leads from the transportation, footwear, and industrial design industries
  • You will also play a critical role in helping us refine our Go-To-Market strategy by figuring out how to best engage and convert our base of 60k+ LandingPad users
  • You will work closely with the Management team at Gravity Sketch to turbocharge our growth
  • The role will require keeping the CRM up to date, being on top of the details of each prospective deal and qualified leads, and proactively picking up the phone and outreach via social media to push the consultative sales process forward
  • Research and deeply understand Gravity Sketch and other software used in the design workflow - their use cases, designer pain points, value propositions
  • Build a database of potential customers in our internal CRM system
  • Research, engage and create meaningful connections with potential customers via cold calls, email, social media and relevant content based campaigns to generate new leads and identify product champions
  • Take ownership of the internal CRM to keep it up to date - log notes, key takeaways, and follow up actions from emails, calls and meetings
  • Drive the consultative sales process forward by keeping prospective customers warm, and proactively reaching out over email and phone to schedule follow up meetings when needed
  • Carefully monitor interactions with prospective customers - both written and verbal communication - to pick up on signals (e.g., when they might need a follow up meeting or demo, when they are ready to be closed)
  • Stay close to each customer and provide periodic status reports to the CEO and Account Executive

Gravity Sketch’s technology allows designers to work in 2D and 3D, and is trusted by companies such as Ford. While VR design solutions are plentiful, Gravity Sketch’s app has set itself apart thanks to its ease of use. This not only improves accessibility, but also speeds up production time as little CAD training is required to use the app. The app also facilitates 3D printing.

Gravity Sketch’s accessibility and collaborative capabilities has accelerated its adoption considerably, and the company has exploited this by making a lucrative move into the education sector. While the bulk of its customers are currently US-based, Gravity Sketch has its sights set on a wider audience. The company’s substantial funding rounds will help to facilitate this.
