Role
Who you are
- Programming experience in one or more of the following languages: Java, C#, JavaScript, Python
- Must be able to work in a team setting and collaborate with others
- Qualified candidates should have completed a 4-year university degree. Preferred are educational backgrounds in Computer Science (CS), Computer Information Systems (CIS), Computer Engineering (CE), or equivalent
- An overall GPA of 3.0 or higher is required
Desirable
- Relevant internship/co-op experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of common automation tools and BDD testing framework is highly desirable
- Basic knowledge of Microservice architecture
- Experience with unit test frameworks such as Junit and TestNG
- Experience with cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment tools such as Jenkins
What the job involves
- Apply your programming skills towards automating and optimizing the testing of cloud-based applications
- Contribute to the automation test framework and automation architecture
- Create and improve testing-related documentation including test plans, test cases, and automation scripts
- Conduct QA tests and verify outcomes
