Role

Who you are

  • You’ll have focused professional experience as an ML Engineer, particularly in deploying models in Cloud-based SaaS environments. Ideally, you’ll have at least 5 years of experience, but we focus on skill and ability, not tenure
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, software engineering, and MLOps
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and implementing MLOps practices for automated, scalable, and reproducible ML pipelines
  • Proven track record of engineering and deploying ML models and solutions in production environments, including monitoring, scaling, and maintaining model performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an engineering-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment

  • In this role, you will lead the design, engineering, and deployment of scalable machine learning pipelines and systems that drive our product innovation
  • You will work closely with data scientists to translate machine learning research into robust, production-ready models, collaborating with engineers and researchers to implement end-to-end solutions that enhance our SaaS offerings
  • This is a senior technical role focused on the engineering and operational aspects of our SaaS products, tailored for a highly skilled, ownership-driven ML Engineer
  • While model development is a key part of your role, you’ll be expected to engage in all aspects of our engineering efforts, including infrastructure design, system optimization, CI/CD pipelines for ML, and MLOps practices
  • You will play a pivotal role in technical leadership, mentoring, and driving continuous improvement across the engineering team
  • Design and engineer scalable machine learning pipelines and systems to integrate and deploy models efficiently
  • Collaborate with data scientists to optimize and productize ML algorithms and models, ensuring they are production-ready
  • Lead the deployment and operationalization of models in production, implementing CI/CD and ensuring robustness, scalability, and fault tolerance
  • Continuously monitor and enhance the performance and reliability of deployed models, implementing A/B testing, versioning, and rollback strategies
  • Mentor junior team members, provide technical guidance, and contribute to the overall engineering strategy of the team

Rebates – payments from seller to buyer after the buyer has purchased specified goods – are an essential part of operations in a range of industries, acting as both an incentive to drive sales as well as a way to foster loyalty between trading partners. However, the archaic systems and timely practices surrounding the management of these rebates has the potential to negate the intended benefits. Enable delivers a rebate management platform that drives trusted relationships between B2B trading partners, by simplifying processes and minimising disputes.

Enable was founded in 2016 in response to the supply chain problems caused by the lack of trust, lost agreements, and siloed data surrounding rebates. Its platform automates processes to increase efficiency, allows rebate claims to be made in a timelier manner, manages pricing calculations and, importantly, reduces disputes by keeping accurate audit trails. The company stands out by a focus not only on simplifying rebate processes, but going further to convert rebates into an “engine for growth”.

Enable has raised considerable funding and support, and served many customers, demonstrating the utility of its product. Investment is cited to go towards increasing headcount and accelerating its growth into new global markets.
