Role

Who you are

  • 6+ years of experience in online marketing
  • Experience in running cross-channel marketing campaigns, spanning ATL and digital, including performance optimization and reporting
  • Experience managing partner agencies (media, partnerships, affiliates)
  • A proven track record of driving customer acquisition and efficiency
  • In-depth knowledge of the US market, consumer and media trends
  • Proficient with Google Ads & Google Analytics
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis - Proficient with analytical tools and a good understanding of mobile and digital attribution
  • Solid problem-solving skills, able to come armed with solutions and a clear strategy to achieve OKRs
  • Exceptional written communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Strong relationship building, collaboration and agency management skills
  • A proactive and continuous learning mindset and enjoys a challenge
  • An energetic self-starter with the ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • A minimum of a BA/BS degree

Desirable

  • Experience working in a scale-up
  • A track record in acquiring and converting online users on both web and app
  • Experience with an app-focused business, growing memberships for a subscription offering
  • Working knowledge of social platforms such as Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok (including campaign set-up)
  • Strong relationships with local agencies - media, partnerships
  • Experience with affiliates as a channel

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a skilled Senior Marketing Manager based on the East Coast in the US to join a high performing Growth function
  • Reporting into the Global Acquisition Lead, this is a pivotal role that will drive new customer acquisition across our key markets, with a specific focus on the US
  • The Senior Marketing Manager will also work closely with the product/tech, creative and data teams
  • This person will also be responsible for driving growth and performance of our brand activity, covering channels such as video and TV (Connected, OTT, Linear), partnerships, influencers, affiliates, as well as ASA & ASO and new channels / platforms
