Who you are

  • Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy
  • Demonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile delivery models (scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Proven track record of data driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams
  • Can communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization
  • BS in engineering, computer science or related discipline
  • Technical program delivery experience including time developing and testing software is a plus
  • Experience defining and building cloud-native software products is a plus

  • Mastercard’s Commercial Cyber portfolio includes a suite of products that deliver the ratings, insights, and capabilities that enterprises need to manage risk within their own organization and their supply chain
  • This portfolio includes offerings like RiskRecon, a leading risk ratings platform, and Threat Protection for DDoS mitigation, WAF, and bot protection, as well as threat intelligence for internal and external sources
  • You’ll work with colleagues around the world to help Mastercard grow as a market-leading cybersecurity company
  • We are looking for a technical program management professional to join our program management team and help us build towards the future
  • The Program Manager will manage a team of Project Managers
  • Deep understanding of the business domain and objectives in order to shape successful execution plans
  • Manage/Streamline the Roadmap planning by evaluating the incoming project demand across multiple channels against engineering capacity
  • Regularly define and review key success metrics for data-focused tracking and proactively seek out new and improved mechanisms for visibility ensuring your program stays aligned with organization objectives
  • Create and manage staffing plans against the stated business case including reporting progress of ramp-up plans
  • Work across multiple teams (cross-cutting across programs, business/engineering teams, and/or technologies) to drive strategy & dependency management
  • Forecast and manage program financials against the staffing plans
  • Forecast and manage infrastructure demand against the operational growth of the platform in collaboration with engineering teams
  • Review and manage incoming capital requests for the program
  • Manage complex interactions/communication with Executives, Management, multiple technical teams and stakeholders spanning different geographies
