Who you are

  • Minimum 1 year of successful work experience in a BDR or quota-carrying Sales role
  • Experience with outbound lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calls, personalized LinkedIn messaging, etc.)
  • Experience with prospecting tools & CRM

  • We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative
  • As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in seeking out new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and developing relationships with potential customers
  • You'll work closely with Account Executives to optimize lead generation and a strategic sales approach
  • Conduct company research based on the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) & outreach prospects with the custom and data-based approach
  • Utilize automation tools, cold calls, and custom emails to enrich the sales pipeline with new sales opportunities
  • Closely collaborate with the Sales Team to develop outreach strategies and generate opportunities to hit personal & team targets as well as to ensure the ongoing lead flow into the sales funnel
  • Conduct discovery/qualification calls with the Enterprise companies as well as C-level titles to spot customers’ potential needs/interests and collect all the info needed for the Sales Team to launch the sales process
  • Hit personal (monthly and quarterly) targets and contribute to the whole team's KPIs on closed deals, calls, emails, etc. Focus on quality
  • Collect and update all the prospect/company statuses into CRM (Hubspot) to track the sales metrics and progress
  • Proactively share the personal & client’s feedback and contribute to the team projects and initiatives to enhance sales processes
  • Actively participate in education sessions and training and be open to sharing the expertise and best practices with the Sales department
