What the job involves

  • You will have responsibility of managing the day-to-day service relationship for the customer HR function and payroll teams
  • You will be the dedicated contact for all customer representatives within a portfolio of customers
  • You will schedule and conduct monthly SLA customer reviews
  • Hold regular calls with customers to discuss service needs
  • You will be knowledgeable on the scheme designs for your portfolio and provide advice to the Employee Support Centre, Data Services team when needed
  • Manage all ‘in-life’ escalations from customers
  • Support with scheme training prior to enrolment periods
  • Be involved in the handover of customer designs from Customer Success to Technical Consulting, and Technical Consulting to Data Services
  • You will own service relating to your customers, including helpdesk support and data
  • Own and manage defect requests
  • Be confident and able to feed back all metrics, concerns, findings and issues to the Director of Customer Service

Its technology provides businesses with a significant return on investment because it saves hours in reporting and administration. It does this by automating various manual processes usually performed by the HR department, which increases the productivity of employees and improves employees’ interactions with their benefits.

The startup is present in over 70 countries and it counts over 650 organizations among its clients, including Barclays, Boots, Just Eat, Bank of America, Salesforce, and Mondelez. Benefex has recently acquired Capita's employee benefits business, which will allow it to increase its customer base and help solve more of the employee benefit and pension challenges that its customers are facing.
