  • Experience leading remote teams, growing teams, and developing, coaching and mentoring strong marketing leaders

What the job involves

  • Leading Hum’s marketing function with responsibility for developing our brand and go-to-market strategy and executing to achieve our corporate goals
  • Partnering with our VP of Sales and business leads to develop target customer profiles and build both paid and organic demand-generation strategies to attract new clients to Hum
  • Overseeing the development of all externally facing content and communications, to be delivered through Hum owned, paid and public relations channels
  • Evolving Hum’s brand story and integrating it into all of our messaging, and across all of our customer touchpoints
  • Defining the future Marketing organization, mentoring team members, and managing and identifying new external partners that will help Hum to reach its long-term aspirations
  • Monitoring the competitive landscape to ensure Hum’s positioning and value proposition is differentiated in the market
  • Performing other marketing-related duties assigned as Hum grows and evolves
