• Data Analyst: responsible for setting up analytics systems, creating reports, providing insights from data analysis, and effectively communicating findings and learnings to the team
• Marketing Automation Specialist: focuses on developing strategies for marketing automation, building campaigns, conducting A/B testing, optimising campaigns based on data insights, generating reports, and drawing actionable learnings from campaign performance
• CRO Specialist (conversion rate optimisation): worked on optimising the conversion process by developing and implementing strategies, moderating and adjusting processes as needed, generating reports on conversion performance, and deriving learnings to improve conversion rates

• Adding data points to mixpanel, reviewing customer.io comms and creating AB tests, helping set up tracking for product AB tests and supporting with KPI reporting
