Who you are
- You must have experience not only finding issues, designing solutions, and leading projects to implement them

- 8+ years of experience with the development, deployment, and automation of cloud solutions in an enterprise cloud-based environment
- Experience with public cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java)
- Skilled with Cloud and CI/CD framework/tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, GIT, Jenkins
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Proven experience with building deployment pipelines and enabling self-service
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code software tools: Terraform / Helm is a plus
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices - standard software and web application security vulnerabilities
- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
- Familiarity with REST API design & database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Knowledge of crypto primitives, authentication protocols, and authorization standards (Eg, SSL/TLS, SAML, OAuth, JWT tokens)
- Experience with agile development methodologies

- Joining Aisera as a DevOps Engineer offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and make a significant impact on our product operations offerings
- In this role, you will work to harden assets and procedures around and within Aisera’s infrastructure
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
- Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for various cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment of infrastructure components
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD practices into the development process
- Automation:
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for system provisioning, configuration, and application deployments
- Identify opportunities for process automation to improve efficiency
- Monitoring and Logging:
- Implement and manage monitoring solutions to ensure the health and performance of systems
- Set up and maintain logging and alerting systems for proactive issue identification and resolution
- Security:
- Implement and enforce security best practices in infrastructure and code
- Collaborate with the security team to conduct regular security assessments and ensure compliance
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and promote a culture of collaboration
- Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues
