What the job involves

  • Optimize the impact of 60 sales reps directly managed by team leads at our external partner across two offshore sites. The team is handling inbound and outbound calls, chats, and email with VSB prospects and responsible for achieving both customer experience and revenue goals
  • Coordinate with internal DocuSign stakeholders and outside partner to set and hit business goals, coach and motivate team leads, hone performance evaluation of reps, and optimize coverage based on shifts in demand
  • Drive new programs that activate our sizable SDR and Support teams to shift VSB leads into digital plans or hand them off to the Web Sales team to convert
  • Ensure team is trained in current plans and pricing and sales best practices for chat, email, and phone
  • Evolve business reporting, including conversion attribution, budget management, and weekly reporting of team impact
  • Provide regular business updates to internal DocuSign stakeholders
  • Identify new opportunities to focus team on high-potential customer segments and lead sources and adopt practices and tools to better engage them
