• You have 1 - 2 years experience as a product manager or experience managing large, multi-stakeholder projects

• Own our internal operational systems and CRM, defining the roadmap and prioritising product enhancements as you see fit
• Work closely with senior management across Operations, Support, Compliance and Lending
• Work closely with internal customers to collect feedback and identify pain-points within the existing operational tools
• Hold accountability for improving our mortgage submissions per advisor and other efficiency metrics linked to cost of sale
• Collaborate with your engineering lead to design sprint plans and ensure delivery targets are met
• Leverage UX resources to improve product workflows and deliver greater value to internal customers
• Make “build" versus “buy” product decisions and act as an industry expert on the latest fintech innovations
