Who you are
- Graduated a Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering
- Has minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management & implementation role preferably in a saas environment
- Strong interest in the digital world and new technologies, ideally with an experience in e-commerce sector
- Is dynamic, autonomous, pro-active, pays attention to detail and loves challenges
- Has excellent communication and presentation skills
- Has strong client-facing and project management skills
- Speaks French and English fluently – any additional language will be a great asset in the context of international expansion
What the job involves
- Technical Project Management:
- Define the project design and data model
- Ensure the integration and implementation of our solution
- Demonstrate responsive and flexible communication
- Manage deadlines and associated responsibilities
- Communicate on ongoing projects (status, timing, deadlines)
- Create a relationship with customers
- Mastery of technical tools for implementation and customer follow-up:
- Transformation of product catalogs (ETL)
- Validation / implementation of tracking and recommendations (JQuery JS/REST API/POSTMAN/GTM/TAG COMMANDER)
- Creation of templates (HTML, CSS, JS)
- E-commerce solutions like Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Hybris or IBM
- Tracking or Analytics tools like Eulerian, Tag Commander or GTM
- Customer training (online or on site)
- Address client requests via our Jira Service Desk/email
- Improve and update user guides and internal documentation

Mirakl has raised a large amount of capital in multiple rounds of funding, most recently closing a Series E round at a valuation exceeding $3 billion. This investment is being used to triple the size of its engineering team and double its customer success staff headcount. With very solid revenue growth and an expanding global footprint, Mirakl seems set to increase its lead in the market.
