Management is super flexible when it comes to taking time off or recharging. Everyone is so supportive of each other which makes it easy to do so. We get the first Friday of every month off which is such a perk and we have a lot of other holidays throughout the year to give us time to spend doing things we love outside of work and spending time with friends and family. Everyone is understanding and realizes sometimes we just need to recharge our batteries.

Management at Orum is top notch. We are given detailed onboarding and they are there for questions and help whenever needed/wanted. If I need extra help on something, I can always count on one of my managers to help out and assist. They are supportive of taking time off if needed but also expect you to get your work done and done well. There can be a lot of expectations in a start up but it is rewarding none the less when you're contributing to the company goals. We've all been there with a micromanager. No leader at Orum has ever given me micromanager feelings. Everyone helps and supports everyone and will get you to where you need to be.

One of Orum's core values is "No Jerks." This is the first company I can say that truly follows that standard. My role requires me to work with a lot of different teams, and every interaction I have with others is pleasant, respectful, and encourages me to get better in my own role. I have made many very close friends through Orum and it always feels connected despite being fully remote.

I think daily how lucky I am to have the manger I do at Orum. He is there to listen, takes my insight and feedback seriously, and is always quick to jump in and help investigate or tackle a problem. He does right by every member of our team and is the first one to recognize, and celebrate, our successes. He pushes me to improve but gives me space to grow on my own. At previous companies, I have dreaded one on ones- I actually look forward to them now.

It is easy to see, within our professional and "fun" communication channels- everyone is accepted with open arms. When people do share (voluntarily) about their family or backgrounds, they are always met with a welcoming attitude. Especially when we meet for company-wide retreats, the atmosphere is filled with friendliness, acceptance, and true interest in each other's lives. And those are always the most fun Orum moments.

All levels of management and leadership are supportive of my professional growth and overall happiness. They make sure that my workload is manageable, that I am proud of my work, and always jump in to help whenever needed.

This is one of the most talented and hard working teams I have ever been apart of. We work hard together, but have also all became fast friends.

Automation is the name of the game here and we use all the tools to automate most of the job. It allows for me to focus on what's actually driving revenue rather than admin work

Everyone is willing to lend a hand and help you out when you have questions. Upper leadership is always available to have discussions with anyone regarding the business or industry.

The people here are amazing. Although we are a fully remote company, the team is still very close and works very well together. I have genuine friends at this organization.

Working in sales can be really challenging and it's great knowing that the product we're promoting genuinely makes the lives of sales people easier and more productive. We're not just helping organizations make more money, we're helping individuals advance in their careers.

I can't speak for every team but I will note that every single discussion had amongst our team and the various teams I work with has involved people genuinely being interested in the opinions and ideas of others. Ideas can come from anywhere and any title and that is celebrated here.

I honestly thought the attitude of this company was somehow faked when I first started because EVERYONE was so bought in. The truth is that everyone wants to succeed because, as a start up, when the business grows, so do we. The team here is first class through and through.

When I joined Orum, our VP walked us through the promotional pathways for SDRs. I knew exactly what I needed to achieve to receive the promotion I desired, and, as a result, had a clear pathway to success.

Orum provides every tool a sales representative would need to achieve their goals and automate the portions of the sales process that normally require tedious manual work. Since day 1 I have received training and enablement around all the solutions at our disposal.

Orum is fully remote, which makes my schedule extremely flexible. I'm able to complete my work when I have the time to do so. On top of that, I've been able to save time on my commute so I get to spend more time with my family at the end of the day!
