What the job involves

  • As a **SME Sales Lead**, you will lead the sales team responsible for selling to GP Practices either directly to the practices themselves or via bigger organisations responsible for procuring on their behalf such as Primary Care Networks or Federations
  • Sales target setting and review: Taking the Sales team functional plan and creating quarterly targets for the SME Sales team; Holding pipeline reviews and reporting on SME Sales team performance weekly
  • Driving sales performance: Coaching the team on techniques and strategies to build and convert the SME pipeline
  • Hiring & Org Design: Acting as hiring manager for the SME Sales team and configuring the team based on growth and revenue opportunities
  • Tools & Processes: Making a recommendation on the tools, processes and reporting required for the SME Sales team and ensuring alignment with the Enterprise team
  • Development & Performance Management: Holding regular performance and pay reviews and promoting team members appropriately
  • Connecting customer problems to the product: Ensuring the SME Sales team track product feedback and working with Product Marketing and Product to action it appropriately
  • Go-to-market: Leading GP practice Go-To-Market for new products, features or markets

Communication between patients and nurses/doctors has typically happened via telephone call or post. This outdated technology is costly and doesn't provide a great experience. Accurx solves this problem with its communication and collaboration platform.

Accurx is building tools that allow GPs and other healthcare providers to communicate more efficiently with their patients and with each other in order to deliver top-quality care. Its products are now used in over 95% of GP practices. This is testament to the value of Accurx's platform.

Since raising considerable funding, Accurx has been focused on growing its team and developing its products, including batch messaging between clinics and patients, to help care sites ease the burden of long wait lists and understaffing. With these challenges continuing to mount for the health system, Accurx is likely to remain in high demand for the foreseeable future.
