Role

Who you are

  • Ideally, 6+ years of back-end development experience
  • You have experience developing web-based applications at the enterprise level
  • Problem solving is a strength of yours. You bring the ability to interpret data and business strategy, understanding constraints and trade-offs
  • You have experience in mentoring other team members about best practices, latest updates and version, and fostering consistent coding styles and guidelines
  • You have helped introduce new dev/test/automation frameworks, languages, tools and have drove adoption where suitable
  • Experience of Java RESTful as an API design
  • Experience with AWS and Cloud-first applications is a plus
  • Experience with React or other Front-end frameworks is advantageous
  • You have lead system level designs that serve as definitive examples for other engineers (transferred from the skills you will bring)
  • You have proven to be capable in delivering quality solutions in a fast-moving business environment
  • You have collaborated openly on shared items of work and communicated well in a team-oriented environment across locations
  • You have demonstrated a growth mindset with a continuous focus on improving yourself and the way work gets done within your sphere of influence
