Company mission

To empower B2B SaaS vendors to unlock more use cases and features than ever before, enabling a new level of productivity and innovation.

  • **Technical Depth**: Hands-on coding experience; solid grasp of APIs, Webhooks, and RESTful services
  • **Content Creation**: Proven track record of creating high-impact technical content, including code samples, tutorials, and thought leadership articles
  • **Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities. Experience in public speaking is a plus
  • **Tools Proficiency**: Familiarity with Markdown, Swagger or similar API documentation tools; basic proficiency in HTML/CSS is a plus

What the job involves

  • **Technical Storytelling**: Synthesize complex technical features of our API platform into compelling blog posts, videos, tutorials, and webinars
  • **Community Engagement**: Foster an active and engaged developer community through social media, Stack Overflow, GitHub and other online platforms. Address technical queries and moderate community discussions
  • **Technical Advocacy**: Work with engineering and product management to relay community feedback and influence the roadmap, ensuring that we’re building what developers actually want
  • **Technical Onboarding**: Create and maintain user guides, API documentation, and sample code libraries to help developers onboard faster

  • **Internal Training**: Regularly brief internal teams on industry trends, competitive landscape, and community feedback

Our take

The explosion of SaaS tools has created an integration nightmare for companies. More and more B2B customers are expecting their SaaS tools to integrate with each other natively. But building and managing API connections in-house as a software vendor is time-consuming and costly, diverting teams from their core roadmap and stopping sales teams from selling.

As the next-generation integration platform, StackOne is solving the challenge of building SaaS integrations at scale once and for all. Founded in 2023 by ex-Google and Oracle executives, StackOne has seen exceptionally fast growth since its launch. With its best-in-class security and real-time architecture, the company is well-positioned to become a category leader in the API integration solutions market.
