Who you are

  • Dialpad is searching for a Senior Manager, SEO in our marketing organization
  • The ideal candidate is passionate about SEO, has a growth mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, can manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders, and understands the strategic big picture to bring the right tactics together
  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, with proven track record of driving organic traffic growth and performance
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience managing and developing teams

Desirable

  • Experience in Contact Center industry or Ai-focused company
  • Experience with Contentful CMS

What the job involves

  • This person will be responsible for developing and executing strategies and tactics to grow organic traffic, demand, and pipeline
  • This includes conducting keyword research, championing SEO best practices for web content, forecasting quarterly targets, and monitoring KPIs and attainment to goals
  • You will also manage a team of Outreach Specialists, and collaborate with other marketing teams, content writers, web developers, and external partners to ensure the best SEO practices and results
  • This is a key role in the Demand Generation team, within the marketing organization at Dialpad
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive inbound pipeline growth and Dialpad’s business goals
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, optimize metadata, analyze competitors, and perform technical and on-page audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead and mentor a team of Outreach specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Manage SEO content production in collaboration with content team, including providing recommendations for new content opportunities and optimizations of existing content, that align with SEO goals
  • Oversee and implement technical SEO initiatives, including site speed optimization, mobile-first indexing, and structured data implementation, in partnership with engineering team
  • Manage relationships with external SEO partners and vendors
  • Report on KPIs and SEO impact to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and champion best practices for SEO, workflows, and governance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies and tactics accordingly
