Role
Who you are
- 6+ years of full-time experience in end-to-end sales and/or partnerships
- Experience leading conversations with executive-level external partners
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers
- Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as investment, real estate, infrastructure, business, economics, or sustainable finance
- Familiarity with ESG and/or Real Estate sectors is highly preferred
What the job involves
- We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Business Development Manager to develop and execute the sales strategy for Scaler
- This role focuses on attracting new clients and building positive relationships with consultants and potential clients
- Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within client organizations
- Create and implement partnership strategies to achieve quarterly growth goals
- :Handle contract negotiations and build strong working relationships with partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties
- Clearly articulate the value of Scaler's solutions to prospects, using creativity to differentiate our offerings and leveraging market insights and trends
- Maintain an organized approach, ensuring timely follow-up and attention to both high-level strategy and detailed execution
- Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate negotiations and challenging partner conversations
