What the job involves

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with a focus on enabling customers to build successful and lasting engagements
  • Operate as the main point of contact for one side of our marketplace.
  • Be comfortable working to improve metrics such as NRR, churn and customer adoption (activation)
  • Onboarding customers onto Connectd via group calls and ensuring satisfaction on an ongoing basis
  • Ensuring our CRM (Hubspot) is up to date and maintained on a daily basis
  • High level of professionalism in reactive environments working on channels such as live chats and managing company inboxes
  • Aid with product development by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product team
  • Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
