Role
Who you are
- You have 5+ years experience in designing and developing complex software systems. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- You have good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, AWS/Azure, RESTful API, RabbitMQ, data modelling and database design
- You lead your own projects from inception to deployment
- You are determined to build quality features, free from bugs - always sticking to clean code principles
- You successfully cooperate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, CSM and Integrations, to prioritize product requirements
- You constantly seek opportunities to learn and take on new challenges, staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
- You keep up to date on all things going on in the engineering team through the daily stand-ups and maintaining documentation
- You are proficient in English, both spoken and written
What the job involves
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features and requirements
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Create and manage documentation for system design, code, and testing
- Participate in code reviews and ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues
- Develop and maintain API integrations with third-party systems
