Who you are

  • Ideally, you will have over 5 years of demonstrated experience in CRM lifecycle management and customer engagement
  • Effective stakeholder and project management, ensuring an efficient balance between meticulous attention to detail and prompt execution
  • Strong measurement and analysis capabilities, adept at interpreting data to drive strategic decisions
  • Advanced communication organisational, and prioritisation skills, enabling effective management of multiple concurrent projects and tasks
  • Experience in coaching and developing a team member, setting clear performance expectations, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • A confident presenter skilled in crafting compelling narratives to effectively engage stakeholders at every level
  • Proactive, hands-on approach; willing to roll up sleeves to tackle tasks, demonstrating thoroughness, organisation, and self-motivation
  • Thrives in challenging environments and excels in navigating complex situations without hesitation

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a CRM Lifecycle Manager to join our growing Loyalty and Retention team here at Bulk™ - a hugely pivotal role in shaping our customer retention strategies
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Loyalty and Retention, you'll find yourself managing, nurturing, and tracking the entire lifecycle of specific customer segments
  • Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, you'll craft and deliver compelling messages designed to meet our ambitious growth plans and beyond
  • Manage a CRM Executive, setting an exemplary high standard, and integrating best-in-class strategies into CRM lifecycles to deliver seamless and personalised experiences for specific customer groups across the user funnel
  • Own and drive the test-and-learn agenda for the team, crafting and delivering targeted messages that resonate with distinct customer segments, fostering engagement, and future loyalty
  • Harness customer data to guide decision-making processes, continually optimising CRM initiatives for maximum effectiveness and ROI
  • Produce regular reports on CRM performance, offering insights and recommendations to all teams and various stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Serve as a pivotal business partner and advocate for the consumer, consistently seeking to enhance the customer experience. Foster robust relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments to exceed CRM objectives
  • Remain abreast of industry trends and CRM best practices, actively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Develop handbooks and documentation to ensure that insights are readily accessible, creating a sustainable repository for long-term learnings

Our take

The global sports nutrition market is a multi billion dollar industry driven by a demand for dietary supplements, an increase in disposable income, and rapid urbanisation. Bulk's founders wanted more from the supplements available at their time and started working on creating their own line of products to meet this demand.

The company provide the majority of their goods in their own manufacturing facilities, so are able to control the production and quality of their products. This transparency is key for consumers, who strongly value sustainability and quality in sports nutrition products.

Bulk’s goal for the near future is to keep working towards a more accessible and open industry.
