Who you are
- Deep knowledge of cross-platform build systems and OS native API's
- Proven experience shipping native applications, and working on complex software within a large team
- Capacity to be a self-starter and quickly become comfortable with new technical tools
- Extensive experience designing efficient and effective solutions to a wide range of engineering challenges
- Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment

- Experiencing leading and mentoring junior engineers
- Working knowledge of Bazel, CMake, and containerization frameworks (such as Docker or Kubernetes)
- Experience working with simulation tools, modeling physical problems, or using robotics middlewares (such as ROS)

- Lead our effort to cross-compile from Linux to Windows using Bazel, bringing our software tools to a huge segment of potential and existing customers
