Who you are
- We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, a knack for problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities
- 6+ years of Analytics or Data Science experience in a fast growing hyper-growth organization
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Information Systems, or similar
- Profound experience writing SQL queries and working with large data sets
- Find the stories buried in data using statistical analysis
- Experience in BI tools (e.g Looker) and designing and building dashboards
- Experience in managing project independently, partnering with sales, success, revenue operations professionals
- Focus on delivering results quickly with iteration, instead of waiting for perfection
What the job involves
- As Miro grows, we are looking to expand the Analytics team and to hire a strong GTM Analyst
- You will support Post Sales teams by giving them timely and easy access to key customer metrics and by proactively identifying and sharing strategic insights about our customer base
- You'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making for our business here at Miro
- As part of the GTM Analytics team, you'll harness your analytical prowess to provide invaluable insights into customer management information, enabling us to optimize our go-to-market strategies
- Your responsibilities will include proactively analyzing business data, identifying opportunities, and troubleshooting potential issues
- Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with key stakeholders to help drive business impact and efficacy
- Find the stories buried in data and build scalable solutions (such as dashboards, algorithms, etc) that enable sales teams to be more successful at their job
- Ensure clarity, consistency and visual efficiency of reporting to make sure sales teams/leadership find the right data and insight easily and utilize them often
- Be a vocal and proactive partner. Guide your key partner's line of questioning rather than just fulfilling requests. Provide insights and conclusions rather than data outputs
- Collaborate with Analytics Engineers to improve our analytics infrastructure and data quality
- Enjoy being outside of your comfort zone - understand always changing business needs, explore new tech and tools, trace data issues to the source, or find a new way to address an old problem

Tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams already provide remote communication platforms to millions of users, but they generally compromise on features required to emulate the team collaboration experience.
Miro has created a platform that provides enterprise tools such as collaborative whiteboards and mind-map software into an accessible and integrated service. As opposed to providing an 'all-in-one' add on, Miro allows businesses to customize and integrate the tools and resources within their individual platform to cater to the team's specific requirements.
Miro’s initial strategy of offering free and discounted subscriptions and then moving to paid models has paid off. The platform currently has over 35 million users and is trusted by enterprises such as VMware, Zendesk and Frog. As part of its ongoing battle with Zoom, Miro acquired video-chat startup Around in 2022, to remain competitive in the market.
