What the job involves

  • Undertone is looking for a Junior Digital Project Manager or producer to primarily support our lead Retail Project Manager in day to day tasks as well as overflow work for the Creative Project Management team at large
  • You will work along-side our Project Managers with the intention to grow into a client-facing position with owning your own book of business
  • Day-to-day Salesforce Management including project setup and cloning
  • Data entry
  • Creation of timelines and client-facing documentation
  • Track risks / issues / change requests / document status / milestones
  • Review all creative to ensure campaigns are error-free and align with client goals and creative best practices
  • Day-to-day management of creative ad campaigns including scope assessment, leading project kick-offs, dictating timelines, and task management for the production team
  • Ensure projects launch on time and on budget while supporting campaign objectives
  • Contribute to creative concepting alongside design team
  • Oversee execution of production process, ensuring approach is most efficient and makes sense from a design, technical, and performance standpoint
  • Track design and development workflows and ensure tasks are properly submitted and updated to reflect latest status
  • Manage communication with cross-functional partners, internal stakeholders, and clients, making sure all parties are informed on status, timing, and roadblocks
  • Act as point-person between production team and various internal and external stakeholders, including clients and third-party vendors
  • Be the subject matter expert on creative production process and best practices
