Our take

The "Buy now, pay later" market has gone from a niche concept to one of the hottest trends in payments - with the industry now worth billions. The ease of applying and getting accepted for credit has meant that people generally save time and get what they need now, rather than waiting for the next pay check.

Flexiti is one of Canada's leading financial solutions providers, offering customers 0% interest on purchases instantly. The company's point-of-sale buy now, pay later method has proved incredibly popular, as it is able to benefit retailers and customers alike.

Lately, Flexiti has aimed to strengthen its securitisation structure and broaden its banking relationships as it continue grow. In 2022, it passed the $2 billion milestone for loan originations, showing that it is certainly not slowing down. On top of this, the company has upsized an existing credit facility, giving it access to an impressive over C$1 billion in capital to sustain its rapid growth and help meet increasing demand.
