Who you are
- You have 6+ years of experience in HR, including deep knowledge of employment law, employee relations and management coaching
- You are skilled at building trusting relationships with business stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- You take pride in your ability to navigate and resolve challenging employment situations
- You take time to collect data and understand business needs to ensure you’re delivering high impact results to the teams you support

What the job involves
- As Headway’s first People Business Partner, you’ll play an integral role in supporting our 200+ employees across the US
- We’re looking for a tactical yet strategic operator to drive programs across performance management and employee engagement while also providing front-line support to employees and managers across the company
- Reporting to our Head of People, you’ll directly impact Headway’s culture as we continue to rapidly scale
