Who you are

  • Proficiency in backend engineering that you have mastered during your 5+ years of work experience
  • Experience with highly scalable real-time Python applications
  • Passion for writing clean and modular code that is easy to maintain, update, test and scale
  • Experience with version control systems, code review processes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of data privacy considerations in AI model development and deployment

What the job involves

  • As a Senior Python Backend Engineer at Parloa, you will have a crucial role in helping us build the leading enterprise solution for automated dialogs
  • You will be actively involved in improving our tools and processes to support collaboration and productivity as well as in cultivating an environment where we can all learn and grow
  • Work on our brand new LLM functionality to improve the call center experience for millions of customers
  • Design and develop efficient backend solutions based on Python running containerized as highly scalable applications in Kubernetes clusters
  • Evaluate new technologies and their integration into our current codebase in the form of research sprints
  • Share your technical knowledge with your peers, so the whole team can benefit from each other’s experiences
  • Actively exchange code review feedback with other software engineers, considering both style and implementation
