  • You have received SaaS sales training and have practical experience with MEDDIC and multi-threading

  • You're extremely ambitious, you want to work hard and shoot the lights out in your career
  • You can solve complicated problems and are fast on your feet.

  • You have worked at an early stage startup before, preferably as one of the first salespeople

What the job involves

  • You'll be working with the most successful commercial team selling digital health SaaS into the NHS, led by our CEO and Founder. No other health tech startup has delivered the growth we've achieved as efficiently as we have. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves:
  • Running the entire sales motion from prospecting to close.
  • Outreach and calls. (This is an area where we are looking to make some leaps as a sales team, and you'll be setting the standard - the ring leader if you will. We all make calls at Joy, inc. the CEO.)
  • Building relationships - you'll get a bonus if you can get invited to a prospect's Christmas party.
  • Relatively early starts - our customers tend to start work early c.8 am. So if you're a morning person this will work well. Our customer-facing roles should be rocking and rolling by 8:30.
  • Multi-threading deals using MEDDIC
  • Logging everything in HubSpot
  • Working in our office 3 days a week (our sales team are in Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri)
