  • You have a passion for successfully navigating ambiguous problem areas and learning new approaches
  • You see prioritization as a tool to maximize your impact, and can help your reports identify the right set of things to do (and more importantly, not do)

Desirable

  • You don’t take no for an answer, and enjoy finding work-arounds for limitations in data to get stakeholders the answers they need
  • You have experience working with a cloud-based data warehouse to access data (Snowflake, Redshift, Big Table, etc)

What the job involves

  • Reporting to the Associated Director, Strategic Finance, this role will act as a key partner to the FP&A and Business Intelligence teams
  • The primary goal is to design the data model and pipelines that power Spring’s financial forecasting and planning activities in Pigment
  • At times success will also require digging in with new lines of business to ensure their data pipelines support both the line of business and related FP&A activities
  • Work with the FP&A team to understand their current data landscape, learn about the team's data needs and current pain points, and develop a design for a revised data infrastructure that addresses these issues
  • Own and maintain Pigment Data and reporting infrastructure, working with team members to solve complex financial analysis and ensure data quality and integrity
  • Own data integrations between Pigment and other primary sources, including Looker, Netsuite, Salesforce, Paylocity and Snowflake
  • Build and design reporting dashboards for the FP&A team and Senior Business Leaders to inform decision making throughout the organization
  • Support company wide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, including Board and Investor Presentations

  • Stay informed about updates and enhancements to the Pigment platform. Evaluate how new features can improve financial planning processes and lead the implementation of these enhancements when relevant

Our take

Large companies often provide employees with mental health services, but small businesses find it challenging to offer similar support. Additionally, existing support systems are usually generalized, failing to deliver the personalized mental healthcare that individuals need. To address this gap, Spring Health has developed AI-driven tools for employers to create tailored mental wellness plans for their employees, including treatment options, daily routines, and medication plans based on individual data.

Spring Health has recently expanded its services to the family and pediatric space through the acquisition of Weldon, offering mental wellness guidance to parents. This expansion includes chats with therapists, social workers, and parenting coaches, as well as group support with other parents and access to educational content. By focusing on personalized care, Spring Health aims to enhance mental wellness support for families alongside its existing employee services.

The behavioral health market is projected to grow to $242B by 2027. While many solutions prioritise fast access to therapy or meditation, Spring Health differentiates itself by emphasizing the right type of care for each individual. With substantial funding raised, Spring Health is well-positioned to continue its innovative approach to mental health services.
