Business Analyst, xDesign

• Have experience working as a Business Analyst
• Have previously worked as part of an Agile team
• Have experience working on Web and/or mobile applications
• Be able to facilitate workshops with clients and can easily communicate ideas to a variety of stakeholders
• Be able to define a product roadmap and enjoy working on creative solutions with the development team
• Be comfortable working in an autonomous environment
• Be a bright problem solver and bring energy and enthusiasm to the workplace

• Working with a Product Team to understand the “why” and then collaborating with the internal design and engineering teams to determine the “how”
• Understanding target users’ needs, translating those needs into requirements, and working in collaboration with developers, QA, designers, and project managers
• Ensuring clear communication of the requirements across the team, contributing to the prioritisation of features and bugs, and managing client feedback
• Keeping on top of any changing requirements and ensuring the team and client retain a clear understanding of the end-product
• Interrogating, shaping and documenting requirements for upcoming products alongside stakeholders
• Ensuring the feasibility of produced designs and that they satisfy the product vision
• Facilitating the delivery of the product vision alongside internal development teams and key stakeholders
• Collaborating with the product team to learn, feed back and improve on xDesign’s specification and delivery process
• Facilitating pragmatic decision-making and product discussions, both internally and externally
• Managing the backlogs for projects that are in active development or have entered a maintenance phase
• Managing and facilitating solutions for emergent product issues during active development
