Who you are

  • This role requires a self-starter with a passion for delivering results and a strong interest in strategy, sales, relationship management, analytics, and business development
  • 12+ years of professional experience; 3+ years of experience building strong partnership relationships in a SaaS/cloud environment, working closely with leaders across organizations to drive strategy and execution
  • Demonstrable track record of negotiating, managing, and expanding partnership deals
  • This role requires a deep understanding of the HR Tech industry, group/health benefits, and the broader benefits ecosystem (including producers/consultants and carriers)
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders toward a common goal
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the “big picture” and think long-term about partnership opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation – both in-person and virtual
  • Proven track record of selling into and building credible relationships at the senior leadership level as well as through the organization
  • Inspiring people leader who can set clear goals, and manage effectively
  • Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

What the job involves

  • The Director of Product Partnerships will be responsible for the management and growth of Nayya’s most strategic partners: HR Tech platforms and Point Solutions. This role will be responsible for creating the playbook for growing, retaining, and expanding our partners
  • The successful candidate will need to display strong commercial acumen in order to broker high-value deals with enterprise-level companies - and they will do so by developing a strong understanding of our partners’ organization and Nayya’s products
  • Product Partnerships are a significant and rapidly growing part of Nayya’s core revenue and overall business strategy - generating deal flow and broader network exposure for the platform
  • Build High-Impact, Best-in-Class Relationships: Establish and nurture strong, strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Embrace an enterprising mindset to develop trust, providing strategic guidance and collaboration to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties
  • Negotiate Strategic Partnerships and Drive Revenue Goals: Secure high-impact deals with both new and existing partners to drive growth and value
  • Craft Compelling Value Propositions: Develop persuasive business cases that encourage partners to adopt and invest in Nayya solutions
  • Create and Implement Growth Playbooks: Develop and execute strategic playbooks and operating models to expand and scale partnerships effectively
  • Collaborate to Achieve Strategic Goals: Work closely with Nayya teams to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment and the achievement of KPIs
  • Align Services with Partner Needs: Gain a deep understanding of partner structures, objectives, and concerns to tailor Nayya’s offerings for optimal alignment
  • Master Nayya’s Products and Integrations: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Nayya’s product suite, services, and integrations to effectively support partner needs
  • Grow and Develop the Team: Lead the development and growth of the team, fostering collaboration with other internal Nayya members

Nayya helps employers promote smart benefit choices amongst their workforce. Nayya's tools use AI and data science to process consumer data points, claims data and medical carrier information in order to return benefit recommendations and automated healthcare claims assistance to the end-user.

Nayya is filling an innovative market niche: whilst 85% of employees would welcome help selecting the right benefits, companies often struggle to offer it. Nayya is responding to this demand by securing partnerships with leading national employers, tech partners, and insurance carriers/brokers to help employers maximize the results of their health benefits spend by ensuring employees are getting the insurance they need.

Nayya has secured a high degree of investment since its founding, which the company is using to expand its software features, aiming to tap the freelancer and sole trader market. It's expanding further into other benefits that companies offer their workers, for instance in life insurance and mental health services. With a rapidly growing customer base, numerous partnerships and its annual revenue tripling over 2022, Nayya looks comfortably set to stabilize its market-leading position in the years ahead.
