What the job involves

  • With the democratization of AI and automation, product management is about to go from an art to a science. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of how products are made by driving AI-based innovation in our product motions and processes
  • You will attack head on our internal pain points and opportunities for improvement by the exploration, adoption and eventually full implementation of AI driven tools. If you have the expertise to turn this vision into reality, and the collaborative bent to teach and enable others, we want to hear from you!
  • Develop AI-Powered Decision Tools: You'll pioneer the development of user-friendly, AI-powered internal tools, leveraging your expertise in workflow automation, prompt engineering, and GPT training strategies. Your innovations will enable product managers to make better, faster decisions through automated Product Requirements Document creation, roadmap prioritization, and synthesizing customer feedback across data sources (to name a few)
  • Create AI-Ready Knowledge Base: You'll curate and maintain a comprehensive, AI-ready knowledge base, bringing together a wide range of data including internal strategy & learnings, CRM, and competitive analyses. Your efforts will create a centralized intelligence hub for the organization
  • Teach A Person to Fish: You'll spearhead the successful implementation of AI tools with Product Managers (and beyond), driving measurable impact and success. Your role will encompass change management, training, and coaching, ensuring smooth adoption and maximum value realization across the organization
  • Optimize Product Management Processes: You'll continuously refresh and deepen your understanding of product managers' workflows and needs. Your insights will be crucial in identifying the largest areas of opportunity for AI integration and process optimization
  • Implement Cutting-Edge Automation & AI Technologies: You'll stay at the forefront of AI advancements, researching and implementing new technologies as they emerge. Your expertise will keep the organization ahead of the curve in leveraging the latest AI breakthroughs
