Who you are

  • Fluent English language skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on multiple engagements
  • 2 years+ or equivalent experience in support, consulting or systems engineering – Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
  • Communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to analyse complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution, often under duress
  • The ability to fully understand complex architectures and quickly identify possible gaps or opportunities for bypassing traditional security technologies
  • A curious nature with a desire to learn and a competitive spirit
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) or relevant work experience
  • Bonus Points:
  • Technical understanding of incident response, computer forensics, network administration and management and endpoint security including anti-virus solutions
  • Malware analysis experience and Cybersecurity expertise a plus
  • MEDDIC/Value Selling Aware

What the job involves

  • Be the expert in endpoint or network security space – eg. AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc
  • Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Articulate basic security problems to a diverse set of audiences
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering; the Sales Engineer should be the technical bridge between CrowdStrike and prospects/customers
  • Conduct demonstrations and proof of values with ability to present technical concepts to a variety of external audiences up to C-level executives
  • Effective time management and organizational skills a must
