What the job involves

  • Hi, we are AMBOSS, and we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business.
  • This position is responsible for analyzing current processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize sales performance and productivity.
  • You will be reporting to the Director of Sales operations
  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to enhance overall performance
  • Sales Tools and Systems: In partnership with a CRM team, manage and optimize sales tools and systems to support the sales team’s effectiveness
  • Data Management and Reporting: Oversee the management of sales data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, legal and finance teams to ensure alignment and streamline operations
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to the sales team on new processes and tools, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process improvements and drive continuous improvement

The current system often imposes restrictions on collaboration, fails to provide integrated resources, and sometimes lacks supportive examination boards.

AMBOSS was founded by doctors initially to help medical students overcome this mess but has now extended to become a knowledge platform for all types of medical professionals.

Today the company‘s products are used by more than a million healthcare professionals in over 180 countries. The strategy to extend their reach even further involves partnerships with major hospital groups like Helios.

The regularly upgraded knowledge base that the company has developed is an incredible growing asset. AMBOSS, however, will not rest on this and will continue to develop its smart learning technology to engage doctors even more deeply with their work.
