What the job involves

  • As we continue building out a dedicated team in the UK & EU, we are looking for a Junior Commercial Manager, OOH to help us go big and hit our goals
  • In this role, you’ll work in the Commercial team to get more of our beautiful eco-friendly products into the hands of customers by developing our out of home channels
  • By taking the reins of our wholesale and end accounts to meet revenue, growth & margin targets, as well as negotiating agreements you'll help achieve long term growth
  • Together with the Commercial team, you’ll win new business and secure commercial agreements for brand led partnerships that drive visibility in key out of home channels
  • Worked with wholesale partners to win new business
  • Negotiated annual plans with customers to deliver long term growth
  • Pitched our brand with a hotel chain and agreeing the commercial elements to build a powerful brand partnership

The company donates 50% of its profits to building sanitary facilities in developing countries, and has funded projects to the tune of millions to date.

Originally founded in Melbourne, the direct to consumer brand now serves multiple markets across the UK, US, Canada, Australia and Europe. The company's commendable message and sustainability credentials have resonated strongly with consumers, especially as more and more people aim to put their purchasing power to good.

With over 40% of the world's population still lacking access to safe toilets, and almost 800 children per day dying from diseases caused by poor water and sanitation, Who Gives a Crap is well positioned to make a real impact to people's lives.
