Who you are

  • Experience working with senior IT Management E.g. CTO, CIO, Directors of IT Operations, Directors of Infrastructure, Directors of Application support, Cloud Architects
  • Understanding of IT or DevSecOps management solutions a plus
  • Experience using a CRM preferred, specifically Salesforce.com
  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, cold calling experience
  • Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
  • Must be fluent in Spanish/Portuguese and English

What the job involves

  • The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for the Strategic field sales organization
  • Sales Development Representatives will partner with Strategic and Global Account field sales representatives and the marketing organization to qualify leads and generate demand
  • We have a newly created position for a Spanish Speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team selling into the Iberian region
  • Supporting Global Accounts in the Iberia market
  • Identify areas of growth and expansion opportunities within Global Accounts
  • Prospect and conduct research on accounts by using Google, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and other tools
  • Develop an understanding of the customer’s usage of Dynatrace, business issues, and other relevant information
  • Create comprehensive account profiles to support expansion efforts
  • Execute multi-channel outbound programs to increase attendance at upcoming events, webinars, and to create broad awareness of the Dynatrace platform to target audiences
  • Use CRM-Salesforce.com to track activities
  • Work to meet defined KPIs
