Who you are

  • Native-level fluency in German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Arabic is a must-have
  • Several years of experience in a professional, non-internship marketing role
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

  • The role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, mechanisms, and solutions for both our stakeholders and end-customers

What the job involves

  • The EMEA Devices organization is looking for a full-time Online Marketing Manager to be based in London
  • You will be joining our Online Marketing team, whose mission is to deliver innovative online customer experiences that are continuously optimized to bring the right Amazon device (such as Echo, Fire TV, Fire Tablets, Kindle, and smart home/security products) to each customer
  • The Online Marketing Manager (OMM) is responsible for delivering merchandising initiatives that drive customer engagement for Fire TV and Fire Tablets. This includes:
  • Driving strategic projects across different channels
  • Delivering projects that contribute to the engagement roadmap
  • Developing ideas for on-device experiments that contribute to engagement goals and device sales
  • Flawless execution, while leveraging learnings for future strategies
  • Defining the right engagement project prioritization with limited guidance, actively aligning with stakeholders to execute initiatives
  • Influencing internal and external stakeholders and driving engagement initiatives from concept to completion
  • Delivering business outcomes via initiatives that can scale across marketplaces
  • Identifying the right engagement KPIs, and contribute to the full lifecycle of engagement marketing initiatives
  • Act as the voice of the customer, understanding and delivering for their needs
  • Work in a collaborative team environment
  • Strive to answer business and marketing questions, and operate with minimal supervision
  • Be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, have superb attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute innovative marketing initiatives to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and technical abilities, and use data to make recommendations that will improve customers’ shopping experiences, and also drive key business decisions
  • Develop and execute ideas for innovation, automation, and efficiency
