Who you are

  • Master degree in engineering/statistics/business Analytics
  • Familiar with R with a good knowledge of data.table, Rmarkdown, ggplot2, plotly or equivalent
  • Fundamentals of statistics used in A/B testing
  • First experience in dataviz (Google Data Studio, Tibco Spotfire, etc.)
  • A knack for writing clean, readable and maintainable code
  • Familiar with Git, a Unix shell, an editor (or IDE) and all others day-to-day developer tools
  • Familiar with Python and SQL would be a plus
  • Demonstrates strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross functionally
  • Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, in French and English

What the job involves

  • As a Data Analyst Junior, you are in charge of running various analyses in order to deliver insights and data-driven solutions to our stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver data based insights and solutions for our various stakeholders (chemists, marketing team, …)
  • Contribute to end to end execution of experiments (A/B tests) that includes setup, QA , analysis and communication of results
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for RD and Innovation
  • Recommend different ways to constantly improve data reliability and quality
  • Stay current on new technologies and continuously improve skills
  • Bring your personal knowledge and ideas to help solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Promote the company's mission and values
