Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, including at least 2 years in a high-growth SaaS startup
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, quantitative field or related discipline
- Expertise in three-statement financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proven experience in collaborating effectively with department heads and executives
- Exceptional ability to distill complex financial data into clear, concise communications
- Strong collaborative skills and a knack for business partnering

- As a successful FP&A Manager at Peek, you will spearhead the financial discipline and knowledge within the organization
- Your role is not just about numbers; it's about being a proactive business partner to department leaders, understanding their needs, and offering insights and solutions
- Your success hinges on your exceptional communication skills and a hands-on approach to tackling challenges and achieving results
- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Perform monthly budget vs. actual variance analysis, offering insights for financial optimization
- Develop comprehensive financial reports and presentations for the senior management and key stakeholders
- Forecasting and Scenario Planning:
- Collaborate with the Business Operations team to generate precise revenue forecasts
- Lead scenario planning exercises to evaluate potential financial outcomes
- Take ownership of forecasting for the three Financial Statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Collaboration with Accounting:
- Conduct regular general ledger audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Work closely with the accounting team to streamline financial processes and reporting
- Assist in the selection and implementation of an ERP system to streamline financial reporting and facilitate audit preparation
- Budget Creation and Management:
- Forge partnerships with department heads to craft and oversee departmental budgets
- Champion the budgeting process, establishing and maintaining effective budgetary controls
- Strategically manage headcount planning, aligning with company goals and financial constraints
