Who you are

- In order to be successful in this role, you'll need to be comfortable with highly repetitive tasks that may include lifting up to 30lbs, while being highly adaptable as well
- You will need to solve problems while being restricted by traditional tools, so your creativity and innovative thinking will be a great asset
- In order to keep the office well-stocked and well-maintained, a high level of organization skills is essential
- As the first point of contact for all of our office visitors, a friendly and welcoming attitude is a must. Ideally, you will have some knowledge and understanding around employee engagement too

- We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team at LayerZero, where you'll help us maintain the day to day operations of our office
- This role will report to Joanna, and together, you will ensure our team members have a positive experience
- Inventory and supplies management
- Coordination with building management
- Office policies maintenance
- Event planning
- Vendor management
- Mailing and deliveries
Our take
As the crypto ecosystem continues to evolve, the demand for high-throughput apps has been on the rise. However, the infrastructure required to meet this need has been in short supply as users, data, and liquidity have been fragmented across various apps on different chains.
