• 2+ years of experience as a people manager
• Strong technical skills with cloud technologies, data pipeline orchestration, data storage and retrieval, API development, and distributed systems
• An understanding of managing systems with complex compliance, privacy, security and performance needs
• Technical leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate engineers and cross functional teams in a startup environment
• Ability to break down problems and generated shared understanding across technical and non-technical audiences
• A passion for working on difficult problems that require meaningful cross-functional collaboration to deliver results

• We’re looking for a leader who can guide the team through the evolution of technology and development practices to support our new platform
• You’ll oversee skilled engineers and partner with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to deliver systems that can support extremely nuanced healthcare data and analytics
• You will rally the team around the future vision, coordinate the execution toward it, and drive new and improved processes in order to scale the business at Nuna
• Lead a team of engineers to accelerate the growth of Nuna through the creation of our greenfield next generation data platform tooling and applications
• Partner with product, healthcare experts, analysts, and other engineers to build a high-quality data platform that enables complex healthcare data analytics
• Design and architect a scalable, well-monitored, and performant platform
• Continue to promote growth in operational excellence and maturity
• Own a piece of Nuna’s overall engineering processes and drive excellence across all of engineering
