Role
Who you are
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps
- Previous experience within the Energy Sector would be desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts, practices, and tools
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, and Azure Artifacts
- Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) concepts and experience with tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Active Security Clearance (SC) is required for this position
Desirable
- Microsoft Azure certifications, such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Solutions Architect
- Experience with Azure infrastructure services, such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, and Azure SQL Database
- Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or ELK stack

- We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team
- As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Microsoft Azure DevOps
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and streamline our software delivery processes, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalabili
- Design and implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps tools and services
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and architect appropriate build and release processes
- Configure and manage source control repositories, branches, and policies within Azure DevOps
- Implement and manage build agents, build definitions, and release definitions for different software applications
- Develop and maintain automated build, deployment, and testing scripts and workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build and deployment failures, infrastructure provisioning, and application configuration
- Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of Azure DevOps infrastructure and pipelines
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure proper configuration and provisioning of Azure resources
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams for Azure DevOps-related tasks and best practices
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in DevOps, Azure services, and related tools
