Who you are
- Passionate about events and have strong administrative skills
- This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in administration and an interest in events to step into a dynamic, fast-paced role
- You’ll have a passion for customer service, efficiency, and project management, working independently while supporting a busy and energetic team
- Experience in administration and administrative tasks
- Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and general tech-savviness
- Excellent relationship management, communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when necessary
What the job involves
- This role offers the perfect opportunity to grow your career in events operations
- You’ll be responsible for supporting the Events team with day-to-day administration
- From managing contracts and invoices to overseeing our digital events platform, your attention to detail and communication skills will be crucial
- Additionally, you’ll assist in creating registration sites, feedback surveys, and supporting onsite event operations
- General administration tasks, including raising purchase orders and team support
- Managing event registration platforms (updates, training, and reporting)
- Creating and publishing monthly newsletters
- Onsite event support
- Supporting the team’s sustainability efforts
